Introducing Personalised Wellbeing Support 

Would you like one place where you can track your exercise and nutrition and find exercise classes and programmes, all for free? Well look no further – Anchor Life is your new wellbeing support tool.

You can personalise the content you see to help you achieve your wellbeing goals. Simply use the ‘Personalise for me’ insight tool to:

  • Find the support you need quicker – There are new ‘Recommended for me’ sections in the fitness, nutrition and wellbeing tabs. So, for example, if you indicate that you have trouble sleeping, you’ll find sleep related content in the ‘Recommended for me’ section on the wellbeing tab 
  • Manage your fitness and nutrition – Track your steps (and link your Fitbit), log your calories, generate a food diary and access recipes 

Plus, there’s a handy link to the Care Concierge service, which provides free support and information if you need help sourcing later life care for elderly members of your own family. Find out more.  

The dedicated platform and app (organisation code Anchor) supports a healthy mind and body with the following services:

    • Wellbeing webinars – Save a seat at a series of live broadcasts, bringing you the latest in health and wellbeing. Watch panel discussions with experts in their field and take part in the live chat
    • BeCalm programmes – Reduce anxiety, improve sleep and increase happiness with self-guided mindfulness and meditation exercises
    • Sound Space podcast – Listen your way to better health by tuning in to the latest podcasts in health and wellbeing. With new episodes and guests every week
    • Digital Gym – Access a range of classes including Pilates, HIIT, yoga, combat and kettlebells. Classes are tailored for everyone, from beginners to advanced level Watch live and on-demand, in your own time and space. Here’s a short video to give you a taste of what is available
    • Fitness and nutrition – Access hundreds of healthy recipes, from easy snacks to meals for the family. Plus explore a growing collection of fitness programmes with hundreds of different exercises for all level.
  1. Whether you’ve used Spectrum.Life before or not, start by registering your preferred email address (work or personal) at www.Anchor.Spectrum.Life/Login and enter Anchor as the organisation code. You can then access the website on your computer, mobile or tablet  
  2. To access the app on your smartphone, complete step 1 before downloading the Spectrum.Life app and use the email you registered with (leave the ‘access code’ blank)
  3. If you’ve already used or have the Spectrum.Life app, you’ll need to go into the app home screen and click on the ‘More’ tab, then ‘Settings’ and log out.  You can then log back in using the email address you used to register in step 1 (leaving the ‘access code’ blank).

Or if you prefer, just download the Spectrum.Life app and enter ‘BeWell’ when asked for a user access code to access the general portal.
