Be Wise is our free and confidential advice service, offering support and assistance with financial health to colleagues, residents and applicants.

With a team of dedicated advisors, Be Wise can help you and your loved ones, by:

  • Running a benefit check and helping you or your family claim the benefits you’re entitled to, including by helping you complete the relevant forms 
  • Offering advice on energy efficiency to save money on your energy bills
  • Providing guidance on how to save money on your water and broadband costs
  • Advising you when things go wrong with benefits or utilities.
  • Referring you for debt advice and assist with budgeting your money.
