We’re delighted to be a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer – meaning that we commit to pay our colleagues at or above the Living Wage Foundation’s Real Living Wage.
And being proudly not-for-profit ensures every penny we make is reinvested into our services, so we create rewarding careers for the people who work for us.
What is the Real Living Wage?
These rates are set independently from the government’s National Minimum Wage rates and are calculated by the Living Wage Foundation according to the cost of living, based on a basket of household goods and services.
To find out more visit the Living Wage Foundation website.
The rates are reviewed each autumn and accredited companies have six months to implement the new rates of pay once announced. We apply the rates as part of our annual pay review process, in line with the Pay Policy available on The Bridge.
