We celebrate your contribution, uniqueness and the things that matter to you - from long service and Colleague Awards to volunteering and payroll giving.

Recognising You

Whether you’ve just joined us – welcome – or you’re celebrating a milestone in your Anchor career – congratulations -, we’ve a number of ways we recognise your contribution.

You can help someone you know start a great career at Anchor and in return we’ll thank you with a bonus of up to £250.

Being You

We make it easy to be yourself and do the things you value, such as donating to your chosen charities or buying additional annual leave.

All central support colleagues get the chance to give something back by volunteering at one of our care or housing locations for one day each year.

It’s an opportunity to meet and interact with residents and see for yourself just how your work makes an impact on their lives.

It could be anything from doing a spot of decorating to putting on a party or transforming a garden.

Central support colleagues can also lead a volunteering project which is a great way to develop and practice new skills.

Colleagues working in operations can propose volunteering projects for colleagues, corporate partners and community groups to get involved with.

Everyone’s different when it comes to holidays – some like  more time-off while others prefer less.

That’s why we we open a window each spring for colleagues on the Anchor payroll system to buy or sell up to five days of their annual leave (pro rata if part time).
