All Anchor colleagues are eligible for Blue Light card membership, giving them access to retail offers and discounts. A 2 year membership is £4.99 but colleagues can request an e-code to redeem the cost when they join or renew.
As well as the fantastic Blue Light card available to all Anchor colleagues, there are a range of other ways to help you save money through some of your other benefits (like Stream and Help@hand).
Everyone’s different when it comes to holidays – some like more time-off while others prefer less.
That’s why we we open a window each spring for colleagues on the Anchor payroll system to buy or sell up to five days of their annual leave (pro rata if part time).
My Shopping Discounts is no longer available to colleagues and has been replaced with the Free Blue Light card membership.
