Most people will experience stress, depression or other mental health concerns at some point in their lives, so it's important to have access to support when you need it.
As well as the tools and resources available through our Colleague Advice Line and Anchor.Life App, we offer a range of support for your mental health, including:
Unlimited mental health support over video provided by Help@Hand– video sessions with qualified mental healthcare professionals, subject to clinical appropriateness, for you and your partner. For mild to moderate issues, including bereavement counselling. (Number of sessions subject to clinical appropriateness.)
Anchor.Life app (provided by Spark) offers colleagues structured counselling – up to 8 face to face, over video or by phone sessions. You can find more info here. Not yet registered for the app, find out how here.
My Being Well – is our Workplace group where colleagues offer inspiration, activities and challenges throughout the year to help support each other with mental health
Mental Health Matters – is another Workplace group where colleagues share news, best practice and top tips on all things relating to mental health
The Mental Health at Work website – also offers a wealth of support and resources, pooled together from different organisations, like Mind and The BMA – British medical Association.
