The Retail Discounts page tells you everything you need to know about the huge range of retail discounts you can access as an Anchor colleague, including purchasing a free Blue Light card.
You can continue to use MyShopping Discounts (provided by Reward Gateway) as usual up to 31 December 2025. Your account will then automatically close at 11.59pm on 31 December 2025. There will be a 60-day closure period from 1 January 2026 – 28 February 2026 that will allow colleagues to access outstanding balances on vouchers and reloadable cards and/or withdraw cashback.
Colleagues with a MyShopping Discounts account will get an email from Reward Gateway on 1 January 226 to advise their account has been closed and how the closure period works.
You can withdraw your balance from MyAccount within the 60-day closure period, but you are not able to earn Cashback on new purchases from 1 January 2026. If you are waiting on Cashback after 1 January, please contact Reward Gateway directly in the MyShopping Discounts app. If your Cashback is still pending at the end of the closure period, it will become invalid. Please take this into consideration when you take out any new cashback deals before the end of the year.
You are still able to use vouchers up to 28 February 2026. After that, support will be limited, but the Reward Gateway Employee Support team will do their best to assist you.
You can still activate, use and report issues (such as being lost/stolen) within the 60-day closure period. The cards themselves will remain valid until their expiry date, but after 28 February 2026 you will not be able to access your account nor top up reloadable cards.
